Refund Policy – Mac and Co Candy Land

At Mac and Co Candy Land, we take pride in the quality of our sweet treats and aim to ensure every customer is delighted with their purchase. However, if you receive a faulty item, we are happy to offer a refund in accordance with government consumer protection guidelines.

Faulty Items

Refunds are only available if an item is found to be faulty.

If you believe your item is faulty, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact our customer service team at macandcocandy@outlook.com

A description of the fault

Photographic evidence (if possible)

Once your return has been authorised, you will be asked to return the item to us. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent further damage in transit.

Refund Processing

After we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

Non-Refundable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for non-faulty items, including:
